PUFL MISSION:

Project Unity for Life mission is providing persons who have experienced a substance use disorder

(SUD) and/or incarceration the opportunity to be a substance free, responsible, community member.

PUFL was originally created to stop the revolving door of incarceration; providing assistance to restore a positive life direction  through relationship building, small groups, and mentoring programs.  Over time we realised that the major cause for incarceration generally dealt with some form of substance use disorder.

PUFL GOAL: Return to society those lost and those imprisoned by substance use disorder issues. A return to our communities and church fellowship is fostered.

BIBLICAL SUPPORT FOR OUR MISSION:
    • Mathew 25:35(NKJV) for I was hungry and you gave me food; I was thirsty and you gave me drink; I was a stranger and you took me in; I was naked and you clothed me; I was imprisoned and you visited me. …inasmuch  as you did it to one of the least of these my brethren, you did it to me.
    • Hebrews 13:3 (NKJV) Remember the prisoners as if chained with them – those who are mistreated – since you yourselves are in the body also.
